Stirista is a data-driven marketing agency. We do some creative work but largely we fuel the data behind marketing campaigns. Think about the targeted mailers you get at home from telecom companies that make you wonder why you received it. Our clients are a mixture of other agencies, media companies, mid- to large- businesses, and universities.

Position will be located in San Antonio.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic salesperson to add to our team. Our sales are exclusively B2B and we prefer someone with experience and proven track record (this part is important).  To cut to the chase — for this position, we need you to be good at selling, well-versed in reaching out to people without hesitation. Some experience in selling digital services is useful but not required. We can teach the product but you must be hungry to sell and genuinely enjoy networking and communicating with people with plenty of confidence and self-esteem to reach out to C-Level Executives. We want to be known as the guys that try hard and push hard without being pushy.

Being tech-friendly will help you understand our product better. If you have worked in a marketing tech or ad tech company before, even better.

Skills in softball and/or volleyball will be looked upon favorably for the company sports squads. 3+ years in enterprise agency sales won’t hurt either. Bachelor’s degree is required.

We provide competitive base + no-cap commission for this position, along with health insurance, free vision & dental, and 401k.
