About Stirista: Stirista is a San Antonio-based database marketing agency, specializing in digital marketing. This position is for full-time employment for someone that lives and breathes leads. Your job will be to help create programs to identify, qualify, and develop leads for the sales team. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, coordinating with the marketing team to create content for tailored follow-up tracks, and utilizing paid media to drive traffic to landing pages.


We need:

  • A 4-year college degree in Marketing, Internet Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or PR; will consider others with relevant marketing job experience.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience is required.
  • Previous experience reporting on marketing channels and analytics highly preferred.
  • Someone who will take personal pride in every qualified lead they generate.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other similar dashboards.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, marketing automation software, and lead attribution.
  • We are NOT looking for someone who is merely an expert in Pardot or Salesforce…you must also have the drive to do the actual lead generation.
  • Great communication and comprehension skills. We don’t like not-so-nice people.
  • Individuals who are driven, reliable, and possess the ability to work independently.
  • You need to be the person your friends come to when they need help analyzing their marketing efforts.
  • Softball, volleyball, and soccer skills cannot hurt your chances.


Specific tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of various marketing channels and campaigns
  • Assist with social media posting, moderating and engagement
  • Maintain marketing channel and calendar
  • Develop attribution program
  • Develop and maintain influencer outreach
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and other tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
