Tell us about your daily and overall responsibilities as well as how your average workday looks.

As the Data Research Analyst, my overall responsibilities are helping the sales and marketing teams. I provide updated and verified B2B data information or B2B Lead Generation via the Internet or online research per the guidelines provided.

What do you like best about working at Stirista?

Trust, confidence, and commitment of our exceptional team and management are what I like the best about Stirista. Especially the inspirational feedback I receive from the CEO for every completed project and freedom to organize my work. I also enjoy the opportunity to be creative, solve problems, teamwork, and the ability to create exceptional experiences.

What excites you most about your job?

I’m most delighted by my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the company’s mission. There’s a genuine spirit of cooperation, which truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for one another. 

I work full-time on a flexible schedule, remotely. And my boss trusts me to produce high-quality work and results. I always work hard to maintain that level of trust, which keeps me engaged and excited.

Tell us about your background. What did you do before coming to Stirista?

I consider myself an innovative digital marketing professional with at least a dozen years of experience. My background includes managing the aspects of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), B2B lead generation, and social media marketing. Before Stirista, I worked as a freelancer, completing nearly 500 independent projects for various companies.

Also, I’m a passionate blogger who has written articles published on many platforms, including Blogging and LinkedIn. And, a few of my pieces have reached the top of Google’s SERP (search engine results page). My last top-ranked article featuring the strategic keywords, “Data-Driven Marketing Tools,” was published on the Stirista website: “The Top 25 Data-Driven Marketing Tools to Boost ROI in 2019” and remains Google’s featured snippet as well as the top ranked article on the site utilizing these keywords as of today (Feb. 21, 2020).

Tell us something we don’t know about you or something that others might be surprised to learn.

It’s my great pleasure to announce (my colleagues don’t know) that I am a singer who has been featured on national television. I especially love to sing Nazrul Giti and Adhunik songs native to my country. 

When I was five years old, I started learning Indian classical music, where my main guru was my mom. Besides my job and freelance work, I take part in cultural programs, upon request.

I also practice yoga and meditation to keep my body healthy.

What advice would you give to someone interested in your job?

For folks interested in being a data research analyst, I strongly advise they carry out some type of training, which helps to develop strong Internet data research skills. You also have to be able to multitask and work well with technology. You must also possess a strong commitment and excellent communication skills; and, just as importantly, understand the client’s perspective. 

I have had extensive digital marketing and lead generation training from both Google and LinkedIn.
