We love our hometown, and community is at the heart of our culture. When we ask our team to describe Stirista, two words always come up: Competitive and Fun. We are incredibly proud to be the San Antonio Corporate Cup Champions! From 5Ks, 3v3 basketball, and volleyball to dodgeball, tug-of-war, and even hula hooping, we show up in our Stirista Squad gear ready to compete and support each other.

    Summer Internship Program

    Internship Dates: Mid May – Early August

    Paid part-time internship! (Must reside in or be enrolled in Texas, Florida, New York, or Massachusetts.)

    Internship Summit (a week in San Antonio (HQ)) – This is an opportunity for all summer interns to connect, network, learn, and experience the Stirista culture firsthand.

    Program Overview

    • Career Development Workshops: Participate in virtual, bi-weekly workshops focused on essential professional skills.
    • Departmental Work Experience: Work within your assigned department, contributing to real projects, and collaborating with Stirista team members.
    • Weekly Mentor Check-ins: Receive personalized guidance and support through regular check-ins with a dedicated mentor.
    • Summer Project: Work with your mentor on a final project, and present to Stirista Leadership at the end of the summer.

    Standout interns have the opportunity to advance their professional journey at Stirista by joining our Campus Rotation Program. High performers who transition into this full-time role spend 16 months exploring diverse departments, deepening their industry knowledge, and sharpening core competencies. Following completion, participants step into a permanent full-time position structured around their distinct capabilities, career goals, past performance, and organizational priorities.

    Our Perks & Benefits

    Full -time employees will be eligible to participate in our benefits program in accordance with the applicable plan eligibility requirements.

    Our comprehensive benefits package currently includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, with 80%–100% of the employee premium covered by Stirista depending on the plan selected, as well as paid holidays, paid time off, and access to our Employee Assistance Program.

    You will also be eligible to participate in Stirista's 401(k) program, which currently includes a company match of up to 5% of eligible compensation, beginning the first of the month following 90 days of employment, subject to the terms of the plan.
