Erika has been part of Stirista’s growth since the company’s early years, helping shape the finance, operations, and human resources functions as the business expanded. Her work spans audits, financial controls, operational processes, and cross-functional coordination across the organization.
Known for her detail-oriented approach and operational and accounting discipline, Erika has helped support the systems and structure behind Stirista’s day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
Erika earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Masters degree in Accounting from Texas A&M. She remains an active Roadrunner alumna, enjoying UTSA football and volleyball games.
