Will Kunkel brings a mix of creativity and strategic thinking to how he helps shape Stirista’s brand, voice, and market presence across the advertising and marketing industry. He leads the company’s multi-channel marketing efforts, helping define how Stirista shows up across media, content, creative, and industry conversations.
Before joining Stirista, Will built a career across agency leadership, creative strategy, media, and brand development. He previously served as VP of Marketing at a4 Advertising, Altice USA’s advanced advertising division, and led creative and content initiatives for agencies including Next15 and Grayling. Will also founded the NYC-based agency Magnetik, which later became part of Stirista through the company’s acquisition of the agency in 2025. He holds a BFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and, outside of work, enjoys weightlifting and cooking.
